🌟 STAFF SHOUT OUT! 🌟
A huge CONGRATULATIONS to our Head Nurse, India, who has officially completed her Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Veterinary Nursing (Practice Nurse)! 🎓🐾
After 2 years of hard work, studying and dedication, India has smashed her qualification and can now add some fancy new letters after her name… ✨
Throughout her studies, India has developed her advanced skills across areas including medical nursing, nurse-led clinics, nutrition and coaching, adding even more knowledge and expertise to an already brilliant skill set. 🩺🐶🐱
We’re incredibly proud of you, India! 💚 All those hours of studying have definitely paid off and we think those new letters look pretty good!
Well done, India RVN Dip AdvVNPN!👏🎉🐾

Hoppy International Rabbit Day! 🐰

Today is all about celebrating our long-eared, fluffy companions and raising awareness of what rabbits really need to stay happy and healthy.

Rabbits are intelligent, social animals with complex needs – from the right diet and plenty of space to companionship, enrichment and regular veterinary care.

And when it comes to keeping your bunny happy and healthy, we’re always here for them. 💙

💙 Fergie's Ultrasound Scan 💙

Fergie recently visited us for an ultrasound scan, and we made sure she was as relaxed and comfortable as possible throughout. 🐾

Our ultrasound room has been designed to create a calm and soothing environment, including our lovely gentle lights. ✨ These help create a more relaxing atmosphere by reducing harsh lighting and visual stimulation, helping our patients feel more settled during their visit.

Our vet Martyna has a certificate in Diagnostic Imaging and Ultrasonography, giving her additional knowledge and experience in performing and interpreting ultrasound examinations. 🔍🩺

We’re always looking for ways to make veterinary visits as comfortable and stress-free as possible for our patients. 💕🐶🐱

🐾 A big welcome to Biscuit! 🐾💙
Biscuit has recently joined our practice and we’re already loving having this gorgeous little kitten visit us! 😻
He’s now finished his primary vaccination course and has also joined our new Healthy Pet Club Advance plan 🐱✨

Being part of the Advance plan means Biscuit gets access to:
💙 Unlimited vet and nurse consultations
💉 Vaccinations
🪱 Flea & worming treatments
📍 Microchipping
🎁 Plus lots of other discounts and benefits!
Biscuit also received 4 weeks FREE Petplan insurance to help give him the best start. 🏡❤️

Although his vaccinations are now complete, we’ll be seeing Biscuit regularly for his monthly nurse visits, where we can monitor his growth and development and give his owners plenty of advice as he grows into a happy, healthy adult cat. 🐾📈

Have you recently welcomed a new puppy or kitten into your family? 🐶🐱 Give us a call to book their first appointment, or you can book online! 📲

Just like us, our pets can be affected by seasonal allergens such as pollen, mould spores and dust mites - and autumn can bring its own triggers.

If your pet seems itchier than usual or you’ve noticed a change in their skin, paws or ears, don’t just put it down to the changing seasons. There are lots of ways we can help manage allergies and keep your pet comfortable.

Not sure if allergies could be bothering your pet? Speak to us. 💙

As our pets get older, some changes can be easy to put down to “just getting old”. But changes in their health, behaviour or mobility can sometimes be signs that they need a little extra support.

We’re always here for them. Whether you’ve noticed something different or simply want some reassurance about your pet’s changing needs, our veterinary team is here to listen, check them over and help you understand what’s normal and what may need a little more attention.

Because getting older is a part of life - but your pet doesn’t have to navigate it alone. 🐾💙

Autumn walks can mean muddy paths, wet grass and plenty of things for our pets to pick up along the way.

A quick paw check after your walk can help keep them comfortable and spot any problems early. 🐶
