Wild Grass Seeds - Be Aware!
Foxtails & Wild Barley are the most dangerous; they can be found throughout the UK. These are a problem from mid-April through to the autumn, and can be found in parks, gardens, and fields.
They have a sharp front tip that penetrates the skin or enters through an or***ce, while the hooked barb prevents it from working its way back out. The seed is on a one-way trip to the inside of your animal.
