Hi everyone! 🐾

I’ve heard the lovely news that a fellow groomer is returning to work after some time off due to illness! ❤️

I know I welcomed quite a few of their clients during this time, so please don’t feel bad if you’d like to return to your original groomer and need to cancel any upcoming appointments with me.

All I ask is that you give me as much notice as possible so I can offer those spaces to others.

Thank you so much! 🥰🐾

Little reminder that when I’m not surrounded by dogs, I’m being bossed around by a tiny human instead who happens to love the eastenders theme tune 😂❤️

Taking a little break from work messages over the weekend. I’ll get back to everyone on Tuesday! 🥰🐾

🐾 Important Update – Drop-Offs & Collections 🐾

Hi everyone! ❤️

Just a little update on how drop-offs and collections will work at Nova & Co going forward.

For the safety of everyone, all dogs MUST arrive securely on a lead. This applies to every dog, with no exceptions.

🐾 All drop-offs and collections will now take place at the gate. I will come out to meet you and take your dog from you, or return them to you at collection time.

🐾 Please wait at the gate and do not attempt to open or unlock it yourself.

🐾 Please ensure your dog remains securely on their lead until they have been safely handed over to me.

These changes will allow me to ensure the gates remain properly secured at all times, helping to keep dogs, owners and everyone on the premises safe.

Thank you all so much for your understanding and cooperation! ❤️🐾
