'Drizzle' arrived a couple of days ago after he was found stuck in a drain and unable to get out. It isn't known how long he had been in there. He's about eight weeks old and is exhibiting signs of severe trauma. He now needs warmth, food and peace and quiet in order to recover from this.

Really pleased with Mario's progress over the past few weeks. A big difference from the scrawny little thing he was on admission with a bad case of ringworm. Hopefully he will be ready for release sometime this week.

This large male weighing just short of 1 kilo is in for a check up after the finder noticed strange droppings and him displaying weird behaviour in her garden. Nothing obvious at the moment, will wait for results of tests to make sure no internal parasites and if clear can be returned.

This very large male weighing 1.25kg was brought to me after the finder saw him on their garden cams with what she suspected was ringworm on his nose. I don't think it is ringworm, he has a scab on his nose which has not healed underneath. It looks more like being caused by consistently pushing his nose underneath something. Quite often see this if trying to get underneath a small gap in a fence for example. Scab removed, wound and tips of ears treated. Can be released back into his garden in the next day or so but I suspect the nose problem may persist. We will have to see......

Little 'Annie' weighing just 160gms rescued from a garden in St Annes this morning. Full of fly strike and very underweight. Fly eggs removed and fluids given but remains poorly.

Little 'Mario' after having his third treatment bath for ringworm. A way to go yet but already looking so much better than he did on admission. Very camera shy so hard to get a photo of him.

'Nipper' was released yesterday evening into a safe release garden in Stanah where support is being provided.

This is eight week old 'Mario' (change of name) rescued from a garden in Fleetwood after I was sent a video of him by a concerned MOP showing him walking on tip toes and looking very thin. He is covered in ringworm, so much so even his eyes are crusted over. In very poor condition and his body temp is very low so has been put on a heat mat. Has had the first medicated treatment bath but not sure what the outcome will be for this one as he is in such poor condition.

'Cynthia' was seen in a garden yesterday in Hambleton during the daytime just lying on the lawn. She has a very bad tummy and not in the best of condition. Now receiving antibiotics, appropriate wormers and sub cut fluids. Also placed on a heat mat as her body temp is dipping. Now eating and drinking so looking hopeful.
