Reschedules and cancellations!

Do you struggle to get a space in our dog parks? We often get last minute reschedules and cancellations and up til now we had a Facebook group to advertise these in

However, we realise not everyone is logged into social media all the time, and people were missing the posts

So now we have introduced a WhatsApp channel where you can get notified straight to your phone

WhatsApp community group

🐾 works as a group admin announcement channel

🐾 members cannot see group members phone numbers

🐾 only admin can post important announces or messages

🐾 group members are not bombarded with replies, they are grouped under the announcements separately

If you have WhatsApp already downloaded, click on the 3 dots and ‘open in external browser’ where you will be able to join the community

Can you believe it’s nearly our birthday?! Our OG park Woodland Paws is turning 3 years old on 1 November!

How shall we celebrate? A giveaway? A competition? Extra special treats in the tin?

Comment below! Let’s ask our wonderful guests, what would our furry friends like?!

Beautiful Alfi gives Woodland Paws two paws up on his second visit today!

Sorry the biscuit tin was empty today Alfi, we will make sure there’s plenty of treats for you next time ❤️🐾🍪

Quick reminder regarding our arrival and departure policies to ensure a stress-free visit for everyone! 🐾

Arrival:
* Please refrain from arriving more than 5 minutes before your booked time.
* If someone is still leaving when you arrive, please wait away from the gate with your engine off.
* Please wait until your scheduled start time to enter the park, as we often need that buffer time between guests. Your entry time is being monitored and repeat early entries may result in extra charges.
Departure:
* You must be leaving the park 5 minutes before the end of your session. This prevents crossover between guests, which is vital for owners of nervous, aggressive, or reactive dogs.
* Always close the gate securely behind you—no exceptions. Please do not ask for the gate code. Following a spate of incidents we cannot allow this anymore.

If everyone sticks to the schedule, you shouldn’t run into anyone else! Thanks for your cooperation and for keeping our park safe and happy for all. 🐕✨

DISCLAIMER - do not allow your dog to drive you there 😅

As the dark nights rapidly descend upon us 😒 please remember if you are visiting the park in the evenings you will need head torches (for you) and light up collars (for your dogs, although either way round is fine 😝)

We are looking into putting a light up in the car parks 💡 and sparkly lights will be returning to the woods 🧚
