Amelia's person must be out there somewhere... battersea have said they could take her, but could be a month or so.... be nice to see her in her own home with her own family, something she's never really known, despite everything she's gone through.. she's really trying her hardest, allowing to be loved, and she's beginning to enjoy it

Can anyone give Amelia a special home, she's a indoor cat, nervous, prefers to be on her own, no children, no other cats, she may take a long time to come round and be outgoing, she may always hide away. She's been a indoor cat for 10 years and had never been a lap cat.
her owner passed away a month ago, no rescues will take her, she got out the house and went on the run for 6 weeks, a lovely lady in Thames Ditton built up her trust over that time and was able to capture her.
We have groomed her, she's had her nails done and a once over all with no problems, she can be hissy when scared. If anyone can take her, please get in contact with cara at Ditton Reach vet's

Sadly, one of our lovely clients is going into hospice care/ care home.
There are a few elderly cats looking for new homes, all 14 years plus, most of them are friendly and social, but they will take time to settle in a new home as all they have known is this 1 person.
All neutered and well cared for.
There are a few semi feral that may prefer quieter home.
Will only re home to people we know, clients/ clients friends not strangers. So prefer not to post to public pages.
This is going to be hard on the old cats so people need to be aware they need time to settle, there is no guarantee on their health, although they look healthy and eat well, we can't guarantee anything.

Me and Sarah have been looking after the cats daily for a few weeks now, and will continue to do so, until new homes are found, the alternative is them going to battersea cats and dogs home, i do have full permission of owner and family to do this
