๐๐พ AUTUMN TRAINING WALK DATES ARE HERE! ๐พ๐
As the seasons change, itโs the perfect time to get out, build confidence and practise those all-important life skills in real-world environments.
We have two different types of training walks, designed for different needs:
๐ STEADY WALKS โ for reactive & overexcited dogs
These walks are structured and distanced, with a focus on working on lead, building neutrality, safety and engagement.
Theyโre ideal for dogs who:
๐ธ๏ธReact to dogs, people or their surroundings
๐ธ๏ธBecome overexcited or struggle to focus
๐ธ๏ธNeed more space from triggers
๐ธ๏ธBenefit from a calmer, structured training environment
๐ Upcoming Steady Walks
โข Mon 5th Oct โ 12pm, Smarden Field
โข Sat 7th Nov โ 11am, Wayfarers Wines
โข Mon 30th Nov โ 12pm, Smarden Field
โข Sat 19th Dec โ 9.30am, Xmas Party Walk, Smarden
๐ฟ LIFESKILLS WALKS โ for non-reactive dogs of all ages
These are social, real-world walks designed to help dogs practise their lifeskills while navigating different environments.
Perfect for non-reactive dogs of all ages, whether theyโre youngsters learning the ropes or older dogs who could use a little extra practice with their everyday skills.
Weโll work on things like:
๐พ Focus and engagement
๐พ Lead skills
๐พ Calm behaviour around distractions
๐พ Confidence in new environments
๐พ Proofing those lifeskills outside the training room
Please note: Lifeskills Walks are not suitable for dogs who need space from other dogs or people. If your dog is reactive or easily overwhelmed, our Steady Walks are the better option.
