Sponsor an animal
Eden Animal Rescue runs a sponsorship scheme to help raise valuable funds for our long-term residents. These are animals that, because of ill-health, behavioural problems, and/or poor treatment or neglect before reaching us, prove very difficult to rehome. You can sponsor an animal for a minimum donation of £15 for a year in the scheme and this will help greatly towards paying fo

r their food, vaccinations, medication, veterinary bills and general upkeep. Donations can be either by standing order, cheque or electronic bank transfer. Simply download a Sponsorship Form from our website www.edenanimalrescue.co.uk

In return you will receive an adoption certificate with colour photo and regular updates on your chosen pet. You might like to sponsor an animal as a gift on behalf of someone else, be it adult, child or community group. If you would like further information (without any obligation) please get in touch.

Calling all dog lovers! 🐶❤️ Come along to Hutton-in-the-Forest on Sunday 6th September 2026, from 11.30am–4pm, for a fantastic family day packed with fun!

🏆 DOG SHOW
• Registration from 11.30am
• Classes from 1pm
• 12 classes for all, including Best in Show
• £2 per dog, per class

🐕 Demonstrations
🎈 Children’s games
🛍️ Stalls
🌿 Walk around the beautiful Walled Garden

🎟️ Entry: £8 per person
💚 £2 from every entry will be donated to Eden Animal Rescue

📢 Car Boot Sale Update 📢

Sadly we have made the difficult decision to cancel our car boot sales on Sunday 16th August and Sunday 13th September.

We'll be back on Sunday 27th September at Penrith Auction Mart, and we're looking forward to welcoming everyone back.

We'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has supported us so far.

Your continued support means a great deal, and we hope to see all our regular buyers and sellers, along with plenty of new faces, on 27th September!

Can you help us raise funds for Eden Animal Rescue? 🐾❤️

We’re looking for donations of sweet AND savoury homemade goodies to sell at our stall at the upcoming Eden Animal Rescue Dog Show on Sunday 6th September.

🧁 Cupcakes & muffins
🍪 Biscuits & cookies
🥧 Pies, pastries & savoury bakes
🍞 Scones, breads and other tasty treats

Anything that people can buy and take home to enjoy would be hugely appreciated!

⚠️ IMPORTANT – INGREDIENTS & ALLERGENS ⚠️

For everyone’s safety, every donated item MUST come with a complete list of ALL ingredients used. Please include the ingredients from any ready-made products you have used too – for example chocolate, icing, sauces, pastry, spreads or decorations.

We need to be able to identify allergens accurately, so unfortunately we won’t be able to accept homemade food if we don’t have full ingredient information.

Please also tell us if there is any possibility of cross-contamination with allergens during preparation.

🐶 Every cake, biscuit and sausage roll sold will help support the wonderful animals cared for by Eden Animal Rescue.
