🐾 POSH POOCH PARLOUR – IMPORTANT NOTICE 🐾

Dear customers,

Going forward, I will be introducing a deposit system for all grooming appointments throughout December and going forwards into the new year !

Unfortunately, I’ve been experiencing an increasing number of last-minute cancellations and missed appointments, sometimes with only a day’s notice or no notice at all. I’ve let this go on numerous occasions, but it’s becoming more frequent and is having an impact on my business.

When appointments are cancelled at such short notice, it means I lose valuable time and other customers miss out on the opportunity to book their dogs in.

To help prevent this and ensure appointments are respected, a non-refundable deposit will be required upfront to secure your December grooming appointment. 🐶

I hope you all understand that this isn’t a decision I’ve taken lightly, but it’s a necessary step to protect my business and ensure fairness to all my lovely customers.

Thank you so much for your continued support, understanding and loyalty. I really appreciate every one of you and your gorgeous pooches! ❤️🐾

Love,
Posh Pooch Parlour ✂️🐕
