⚠️Canine Parvovirus Warning⚠️
🐾 A little heads-up for our lovely clients! 🐾
We’ve had reports of canine parvovirus (parvo) in the area, so we’d like to remind everyone to keep a close eye on their furry friends.
Parvo is highly contagious, so please watch out for signs such as:
🤢 Vomiting
💩 Diarrhoea, especially if bloody
😴 Lethargy or unusual tiredness
🍽️ Loss of appetite
💧 Signs of dehydration
🐶 Weakness or seeming generally unwell
If you notice any of these symptoms, please contact your vet as soon as possible. If you’re concerned your dog may have parvo, avoid contact with other dogs until you’ve spoken with your vet.
Keeping vaccinations up to date and taking extra care with hygiene can help protect our four-legged friends. 🐕💕
