🎉We have some incredibly exciting news . Our Choice family is growing ( literally as we speak) baby Wisdom Adams Reidy is quietly cooking . Mum to be and little one are smashing it and we are so excited to share this precious journey. No changes at work other than a few tweaks with the heavier dogs moving to be on my days in to lift , and a few extra days for me eventually for support. With our amazing team of 5 (plus Georgie in the wings )now on board and myself being very part time we’ve got mummy to be covered throughout . ( I best get back in the gym). We celebrated today with a McDonald’s for lunch with Thomas but I’m sure you will all join us in celebrating this wonderful news this evening ( mines a sneaky gin). Thomas is going to be just the best brother . We are so happy not least that the team now know and I don’t have to keep whispering baby talk . Sam, Chloe and Thomas we’ve got you ❤️ . Nowww it’s time to go shopping heeheee Mandy x ❤️

It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of local man Charles Terry Lawson. Known locally at the blue pig and for his biker rally’s. If anyone knew him his daughter would love any pictures /stories of her dad . Rest easy Terry

All but a handful now have appointments in diary. Those still to contact have pencilled in appointments so no stress . Now I know why I’m a dog groomer not an office worker 😵‍💫🍷

Thank You to those who have had their grooming appointments moved to earlier in the day or postponed during this heatwave. Tomorrow I will be going through the diary and making calls to get them rebooked during imminent cooler days .
I have a long list to get through so please be patient . We have generated some extra hours on days off so will easily get everyone in as soon as possible.
Tomorrow is going to be scorchio ( like you need telling 🤦‍♀️)
Please look after yourself and your pups .
Remember to keep them indoors between 8am and 8pm if possible as those pavements are like hot stoves , and keep them entertained with enrichments , frozen treats etc instead.
Ours are going stir crazy to go out but that’s tough . The outdoor cat has left home for a cool refuge under the trees and I’m fighting hard to keep my old ducks cool.
Don’t forget the wildlife with shallow dishes of water. Out here they are struggling and the bird song is too silent .
The work phone line is currently unmanned so messages won’t be picked up now . 13 year old Liz enjoying some air con . 💖
