Adding a little more strength work to our walks 🌿

Where appropriate, I like to incorporate natural obstacles and different surfaces to encourage dogs to use their bodies in different ways.

Climbing, balancing, stepping over logs and navigating uneven ground can all help support strength, coordination, balance and body awareness.

It’s official.. I am a qualified Canine Merishia Massage Practitioner 🙌🏼🐕👩🏼‍🎓

Feeling very proud of this one so of course I had to get it framed ready to go into my little studio space 🥰

Out of everything I’ve learnt in the canine world over the past decade, this has been by far one of the most fascinating and rewarding industries to work in. Huge thank you to Becky at Little Green Stables for being the most amazing tutor throughout, Jo Rose & all of my wonderful case studies for helping me along the way.
