Meet Lola 😍

Lola has one of the biggest hearts, the biggest ears, and the sweetest eyes! 🥹
Those eyes tell us every single time she comes in, that she’s absolutely STARVING, so naturally, she has to eat her body weight in treats every time she comes in! 😂🫣

We’d love to introduce you to our newest little member, Frankie! 💖🐾

Malcolm has taken it upon himself to show her all the tricks of the trade… although we’re not entirely sure if he’s teaching her good habits or bad ones! 🫣

🐾 An update to our out-of-hours service

Since Vicky became our Branch Partner in January, we’ve been working to find an out-of-hours (OOH) service that better suits the needs of our clients and their pets.

We’re pleased to share that, from next week, we’ll be working with the brand-new Vets Now emergency hospital in Bridgwater, conveniently located just off Junction 24. 🏥

This is a much closer option for our clients than our previous arrangements, making accessing emergency veterinary care a little easier when you need us outside our normal opening hours.

What does this mean for you and your pet?

🐶 You can continue to call us on our usual practice number, at any time of day or night.

🐱 When we’re closed, our team will direct you to the appropriate out-of-hours service.

❤️ You’ll have access to dedicated emergency veterinary care whenever our practice is closed.

We know how worrying it can be when your pet needs urgent help, especially outside normal hours. We hope this new arrangement provides greater reassurance and makes accessing the right care as straightforward as possible.

Thank you, as always, for trusting us with your pets’ care. 💚

Kizir comes in every 4 weeks for some attention from the ladies, his treats (providing his body is playing ball!) and his injection. Although, we’re not entirely convinced Kizir even realises he’s being injected ! 🫣😂
