With the warmer weather making an appearance ☀️🌸 — so are ticks and fleas!
As we head into spring and summer, it’s the perfect time to make sure your cats and dogs are protected. These pesky parasites aren’t just irritating—they can cause discomfort and spread disease.

🐾 Out-of-Hours Care

At St Giles Veterinary Clinic, we’re a small team with just one veterinary surgeon on-site during the day. This allows us to provide a personal, attentive service to all our clients.
However, we do not offer an in-house out-of-hours service.
For emergencies when we are closed, care is provided by Mount Veterinary Hospital, Wellington.

Education Open Days at St Giles Animal Welfare
Are you a teacher, school leader, SENCO, home educator, or work within the education sector?
Come along to one of our Education Open Days this summer and discover the exciting educational opportunities available at St Giles Animal Welfare.
Our experienced team, alongside some of our friendly rescue dogs and cats, will be on hand to showcase the engaging sessions we offer for schools and education groups. You'll also have the opportunity to enjoy a guided tour of our facilities, ask questions, and explore how we can support learning through animal welfare and enrichment.
