CLIENT NOTICE: Changes to Medication Stock

We would like to let you know about a change to the medications stocked at our practice.

As a small independent practice, we need to streamline the range of flea and worming treatments we routinely hold. Due to difficulties returning unused stock to the manufacturers, we will no longer routinely stock Bravecto or Credelio.

If your pet currently uses either medication, you can request a written prescription from our veterinary team, allowing you to purchase it from a registered online pharmacy. Please be aware that our usual prescription fee applies.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

Kind regards,
The St Giles Veterinary Team

🐾 Out-of-Hours Care
At St Giles Veterinary Clinic, we’re a small team with just one veterinary surgeon on-site during the day. This allows us to provide a personal, attentive service to all our clients.
However, we do not offer an in-house out-of-hours service.
For emergencies when we are closed, care is provided by Mount Veterinary Hospital, Wellington.
📞 Please call 01823 662286 when we are closed.
Thank you for helping us keep our service personal and caring for your pets! ❤️
