Heazle Arena / Riding Centre and Stables is situated on the Devon/Somerset border. We provide riding lessons tailored to suit all needs and standards and offer tuition on an individual or group basis, adults and children by the hour or 45 minutes. You can learn to ride in safety and complete confidence with our friendly, enthusiastic team of experienced, local staff. At Heazle Arena, we provide a

full range of Livery services for adult’s teenagers and children. We have full Care & Custody Insurance and the riding stables hold a licence issued by Mid Devon DC which requires a yearly inspection. Liveries have free use of the indoor school and free use of large all weather arena. All horses have access to quality grazing and winter haylage is made from the farm. We provide general schooling for all sizes of horses and ponies or schooling can be tailored to a specific problem. Throughout the year shows are held on site including dressage and indoor and outdoor show jumping. Heazle also buy and sell horses and ponies as well as saddlery.

STAFF WANTED
WE ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT 3 staff members to join our team
we can offer self employed or paye full time or part time. Pay rate dependent on experience but all above living wage .
ALL post will require some weekend and evening working
We do have a caravan they would be suitable for occasional overnight stays should travelling be a problem .

or someone in the process of qualifying. Experience in a commercial stables an advantage.

•••YOUNG PERSON OR SIMILAR FOR YARD DUTIES
assisting with lessons . Some experience with horses an advantage

••• KEEN WORKER WHO ENJOYS MANUAL WORK
ability to drive a tractor an advantage but not essential and not necessary to have worked with horses but a little experience an advantage

In the morning they did riding and road safety before venturing out .

2 Day Summer Camp
Overnight camping for our younger riders was a big success
Indoor & outdoor lesson Hacking and woodland ride .
Barbecue , water fights , pillow fights , archery , swing ball and much more .
All organised by Kate who braved it and spent the night in our 12 people tent with them all .
She was assisted in the daytime by Elouise , Jess , Seren ,Alisha and Nina
Thank you all
We do have a more advanced camp for those able to walk , trot canter and jump on 23rd & 24th Aug a few spaces still available
