We recently welcomed Daisy, a 4-month-old chinchilla, to the practice for her health check.

Not only was she an absolute superstar for her examination, but she may also have been the softest patient we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! ❤️

🦭FOUND - Mr Walrus.

He was found loitering outside our front door and, despite extensive questioning, has refused to tell us where he lives.

He appears friendly, slightly scruffy, and is believed to be missing his four legged companion.

NURSE AWARENESS MONTH

The month of May is a time when we celebrate Nurse Awareness month and say a huge thank you to our wonderful nurses.

Every day they make a difference providing our lovely clients and their pets with compassionate care, constantly showing dedication, passion and empathy, so we would like to take this opportunity to thank our RVN’s Kirstie and Natalie, our SVN’s Rachelle and Hannah and also our PCA Charlotte for all your hard work, we really do appreciate all that you do here at Birch Heath….Thank you ❤️
