📌 Evie J. Clough Registered Farrier Terms & Conditions

🐴 Horses must be well behaved – if it isn’t safe to work, I may have to refuse, and the full fee will still apply.

🚿 Horses must be clean and dry before I arrive.
Please towel off mud or wet legs (don’t hose).
A charge may apply if tools are blunted.

⏱️ Horses must be tied up and ready upon arrival.
Please have them ready at the beginning of the scheduled time slot.
When a time window is given, be prepared for the earlier time.
Please ensure they are not still in the field when I get there.
I always aim to be on time, and if delayed, I will notify you as soon as I can.

🔦 Clients are responsible for providing a safe, clean, dry and well-lit work area so I can work efficiently and safely.

💷 Payment is due within 24 hours.
A £5 late fee per service applies if payment is late.

📅 Please rebook on the day to secure your next appointment.

⏳ Extra charges may apply if your horse has gone over the recommended shoeing/trim cycle.

❌ Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice.
Less than 24 hours = 50% fee.
No-shows = full charge.

🚗 Call-out fees and lost shoe charges apply.

➕ Additional charges may apply for:
• Extra time
• Extra work
• Larger horses
• Complex jobs
