I TRY really hard to make sure I have my freezers stocked up - and have plenty of choices for my lovely customers - but should you come in and I have run out of a certain item - I can’t make them appear out of fresh air! I have to re -order and wait till delivery the following week ! So please don’t treat me in disdain or make me feel like s**t ! I work bloody hard and care more than most pet shops ! So please Give me a break !! And be NICE!
