‼️‼️Important information ‼️‼️

I've reluctantly had to introduce a cancellation policy due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows 🐾

As a small business, missed appointments have a big impact and are often impossible to fill at short notice. This policy helps us protect our time and offer appointments fairly to all clients.

I truly appreciate your understanding and support 💛🐾

Wow what a week… I honestly don’t even know where to begin… my heart is so full after my very first week taking over and becoming owner of Furry Tails Tarleton 🐾💛

To every single person who has supported me—thank you from the bottom of my heart. Whether you trusted me with your precious pups, sent a kind message, shared my page, or simply wished me well… I’ve felt so much love this week and it truly means everything to me.

Meeting all your beautiful dogs (and their lovely humans!) has been such a joy. Each wagging tail, cuddle, and happy face has reminded me exactly why I love what I do so much 🐶✨

This little dream of mine is only just beginning, and I feel so lucky to have such an amazing, supportive community behind me already. I can’t wait to keep growing, learning, and giving all your furry family members the love and care they deserve.

Thank you again for believing in me—it means more than words can ever say 💛🐾

📍⚠️ Important Anouncement ⚠️📍

After 10 wonderful years at my beloved Furry Tails I have made the difficult decision to retire from dog grooming✂️ and return to my original career as a Nurse💙

This decision hasnt come lightly, I love my job very much, the doggies, and their owners, however over the last 18 months, with huge increases in overheads and the cost of living, I have found the inconsistencies of self employment and the challenges of running a small business as a solo parent extremely tough.

I do also miss looking after people, and my desire to return to nursing became stronger following the loss of my beautiful Aunty last year 💜🦋 Nursing is a vocation, it never truly leaves you.

Looking back I feel incredibly proud of what Furry Tails has become, from a small grooming parlour started in a wooden hut on Southport new road in 2016 to a thriving business in Tarleton village with a team of 5 staff and a loyal client base of over 200 dogs!🐕🦮🐩 Hundreds of pounds raised for charity with the sale of our Furry Tails Charity Calendars, and many lifelong friends and memories made♥️🥹

When I first started out as a newly qualified groomer never did I think Id last a whole 10 years and have developed the Furry Tails Family that we have!💚 None of this would of been possible without your trust and support, you've allowed me to do what I love every day and for that I shall be forever grateful🙏🏻✨

I would now like to ask that you extend this same loyalty and support to my successor Natalie, my lovely assistant who will be taking over from me at Furry Tails from March 23rd. Natalie is an extremely talented and caring groomer, and I have every confidence in her. Please support her in the same kind way you have me, in continuing to provide you all with an outstanding grooming service and the very best care for your dogs.

From the bottom of my heart, thankyou for being part of my journey and for supporting me over the last decade. I shall miss you and your wonderful dogs so very very much🥹 but I know as I leave, you and your pets are in very good hands🫶🏻

Please keep in touch and let me know how you and your dogs are, I would love to continue the friendships we have made🩷

Lets see what the next chapter brings🤞🏼

With love and gratitude
Laura ♥️xx
