It’s movement puzzles time again!!

Session 2 of Your First Movement Puzzle is going live today - and this one might be the most surprising of the three. 🧠

We’re going deep on the link between coordination training and your dog’s nervous system. Why doing these exercises at home creates changes you’ll notice in completely different areas of your dog’s life - reactivity, focus, frustration tolerance, stress resilience.

It’s not what most people expect from a movement training. But it’s the part that tends to stick with people the longest.
