Where things stand right now​

Summer Christmas Early Bird Orders Dispatched - Unless stated otherwise, orders placed during the summer early-bird presale have started leaving the studio! All of these orders will be delivered to you this month (October).​

Christmas Order Book Closed - My order books remain closed until 1st November to ensure every single current order is fulfilled to the absolute highest standard before I accept new ones.​

Studio - I run a tight ship here, and October is always my peak stress season, which is exactly why I schedule my non-negotiable two-week break for early December!​

A quick reassurance from meIt is only 16th October, so please don't panic! I have never let a customer down in all my years running this business, and I'm not starting now. Your festive orders are in safe, steady hands.​

Weekend ShutdownI am clocking off right now and the studio will be closed until Sunday. If you have any questions about your order, please drop me a message and I will reply as soon as I’m back at the studio.​

CHRISTMAS ORDER BOOK UPDATE: TEMPORARILY CLOSED! 🎄✂️

Writing to you straight from my bed tonight! I started at 8am this morning and only finished about an hour ago... 🐾

First, a massive THANK YOU. The response to this year’s Christmas launch has been bigger than I ever could have imagined! Because I take so much pride in hand cutting every single bandana and bow swiftly, safely, and accurately myself, I’ve hit my maximum production capacity for this month.

Here’s what you need to know:

❌ Order Book Closed: Effective immediately, orders for Christmas Tie Bandanas, Medium Bows, and Small Bows are temporarily closed.

🗓️ Reopening Date: My order book will reopen on 1st November for a final Christmas delivery window.

📦 Existing Orders: If you’ve already placed your order, it’s locked in! All current orders are on schedule to be dispatched by mid-November. Please check your order confirmation for your specific "delivery by" dates.

⏱️ Current Lead Times: For all NON-seasonal bundles, current lead times are 5–6 working days. It is PEAK season, so ordering in advance is an absolute MUST!

Pausing new orders allows me to focus 100% on fulfilment, maintain the quality you expect from Paws Bandanas and Bows, and keep everything running smoothly in the studio. In turn, it keeps me sane! 😅

I am not in the studio today. Today is PURE admin. The order book needs planning and my time needs planning. These are the hidden parts of being a business owner. Planning is EVERYTHING and without it, it would be chaos and I could end up in a white jacket!

Happy Monday everyone! I am officially in full Christmas prep mode at Paws Bandanas and Bows HQ, and I want to make sure every single order is crafted and delivered with the care and quality you expect from me! 💚

To ensure everything runs smoothly and swiftly, please take note of a few important website updates:

🎄 Christmas Ordering Update:

The custom Christmas Fabric Picker option is now officially closed. All new Christmas bundles are set for delivery by mid-November.

📦 Delivery Guarantee: All website stock and "Deliver By" dates are fully updated online. Once my current delivery windows fill up, order books will close so I can prepare for my annual Christmas break at the end of November!
