Stay cool everyone! ☀️

With record-breaking temperatures forecast this week, we’ve made the decision to suspend all shipping for the remainder of the week.

Your pet’s health and the quality of our food are our top priorities. Raw food and extreme heat don't mix well, and we want to ensure every meal arrives at your door perfectly frozen and nutritionally complete. Sending out orders in this weather is a risk we simply aren't willing to take with your pet's diet.

We’ll be back to our usual next-day delivery schedule as soon as the mercury drops.

If you’re running low and need food urgently, please check the 'Stockists' page on our website to find a local supplier near you. If you have any concerns about an existing order, please do get in touch so we can help.

Stay safe and keep those paws cool!
