Cavaletti poles🐾

Cavaletti poles are a great exercise to add to a rehab plan, as they can be varied in intensity, so they can be used early post op, and can be altered as the patient progresses. This makes them beneficial for almost all patients that have physiotherapy, from those that are post ortho/neuro surgery, to arthritis management cases, and to maintenance or fitness cases!🐾

Benefits include improving proprioception & coordination, working core and limb muscle strength, improving joint range of motion and helping to enhance gait🐾

Nala has an emotional support duck🐥🐾🫶

Nala has physiotherapy to help manage her hip dysplasia and compensatory issues. She has been having physiotherapy sessions alongside her mobility clinics at Vets at Bretby, whilst also losing a little bit of weight. Her LOAD scores were originally 22 and they have reduced all the way down to 8 over a few months!🥳👏🐶
