Hot days so adapting our walks!

Dogs still need to go to the toilet of course on hot days and if owners are out all day, the dogs still need some time spent with them. Lots of dogs won't toilet in their gardens or don't have a garden to go out in.

On warm days we head to the shade and sit on a picnic blanket with plenty of fresh water, treats and attention available, instead of the usual walk.

What a beautiful but busy day today!

We welcomed a gorgeous new puppy, Cleo who is a Doberman x German Shepherd. She'll be joining baby Oliver and I twice a week for an individual walk where we can do some training and provide plenty of mental stimulation.

I haven't seen lovely Albie the Lab for a while but will be doing regular walks going forward 💙

Happy New Year!

Hope everyone had a nice break over the festive period. These are our first walks of 2026 with my dogs Pepper and Speckles, then Kali, Mia and Molly.

I am really going to try keep the page updated this year! My rescue page takes up most of my spare time when I sit down to write posts, but it's a new year resolution to post on here more regularly too.
