🧡🖤 **Some dogs are made to stand out… and Molly is definitely one of them.**

This is one of our own dogs, **Molly**, proudly wearing her bright orange and black BioThane collar.

Being a typical Jack Russell, Molly loves nothing more than charging through the undergrowth, exploring every bush she can find, and heading off on adventures that usually end with muddy paws and plenty of cleaning up!

🌸 **Teasle Detangle Spray** 🌸

This is the product that started the Teasle journey.

One thing we hear time and time again is how much customers love the scent. The original inspiration came from my love of **cherry**, and it has remained a favourite ever since. 🍒

Of course, a lovely fragrance is nice, but that has never been the main focus. Every Teasle product is created to do a job first and foremost. The long lasting slip, easy brushing, shine and manageability are what matter most, and that's why customers continue to come back bottle after bottle.

The fragrance is simply the finishing touch.

👀 Teasle Eye Wipe Solution – Real Trial, Real Results

Our new **Teasle Eye Wipe Solution** recently went out to a customer who had asked if they could trial it for us, and they’ve very kindly taken some before and after photos so we can share the progress with you.

The first photo was taken before using the Eye Wipe Solution. You can see the eye was quite weepy, and the continued moisture underneath had left the skin looking dry.

The second photo was taken after just two days of use.

There’s already a noticeable improvement. The skin underneath the eye looks better and the eye itself doesn’t appear to be weeping as heavily as it was before the trial started.

It’s still early days, which is exactly why we want to keep sharing these updates. We don’t want to show you just a carefully chosen end result, we want you to see the "real product trial as it happens", including the before photos, the progress and the final results.

A huge thank you to our tester for taking the time to photograph the progress and allowing us to share it. ❤️

Collar Width is Important
One of the questions we get asked most often is “What width should I choose?” and honestly, the width changes the overall look and feel of a collar far more than people expect. A 16mm collar feels lighter and more minimal, 20mm tends to be a really balanced everyday option and 25mm gives a bolder, more substantial look on the dog.

The size and build of the dog plays a part too. Smaller or finer built dogs are often more comfortable in slimmer widths, while broader or stronger dogs can suit a wider collar that feels more balanced proportionally. There is no “best” width though, it completely depends on the dog, the handling style and what feels comfortable for everyday use.

We also offer bespoke collars in both 13mm and 32mm widths. The 13mm is lovely for tiny breeds like Italian Greyhounds or Chihuahuas where a lower profile collar suits them better, while the 32mm works really well for huge breeds like Great Danes or Mastiffs that suit a much broader collar proportionally.

The material, colour and hardware can stay exactly the same, but changing the width can completely change the overall feel of the setup.

Small accessories that make walks easier

We’ve realised over time that the things that make walks feel easier usually aren’t the main lead or collar. It’s the smaller bits you end up reaching for constantly without even thinking about it.

A ball holder means not carrying a muddy tennis ball for half the walk or trying to wedge it into a pocket. A traffic handle gives you a quick way to bring your dog in close when you pass people, dogs or tighter spaces. Safety tethers are there as a backup connection between a harness and collar, adding an extra layer of security if one slips unexpectedly.

None of them are complicated, but they’re the sort of practical extras that make everyday walks run more smoothly when real life is happening around you.
