Good morning, I hope you’ve enjoyed the sunshine at the weekend 😎 After many recent no shows or last minute cancellations I’m resharing Maidenly’s cancellation and no show policy. A non payment has a huge impact on a small business and it’s unsustainable. I will always try to fill appointments from the cancellation list if I have enough notice, I appreciate emergencies do happen and I do try to be flexible. Thank you for your understanding, Zoe 🐾

Cancellation & No-Show Policy 🐾
We completely understand that sometimes life happens and plans need to change. 💕 We simply ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or move your dog’s appointment.
As appointments are reserved especially for your dog, giving us plenty of notice allows us the opportunity to offer the space to another client.
🌸 More than 48 hours’ notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule and give us more than 48 hours’ notice, there will be no charge.
We’ll be more than happy to find another appointment that works for you.
🌸 Between 24–48 hours’ notice
For cancellations or changes made between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.
We appreciate that unexpected things can happen, so please just get in touch with us as soon as you can.
🌸 Less than 24 hours’ notice
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will usually incur a 100% cancellation fee.
This is because it can be very difficult for us to fill your appointment at such short notice.
🐶 Missed appointments / No-shows
If an appointment is missed without any contact from you, it will be classed as a no-show and the full appointment fee will be payable.
We understand that genuine emergencies can happen, so please contact us whenever possible and we will always try to be understanding.
⏰ Running late?
If you’re going to be late, please send us a quick message. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you, although arriving very late may mean we need to adjust the groom or, unfortunately, reschedule the appointment.
