This week will see temperatures rise. It is very important to remember that our furry friends can become quickly unwell in the hot weather. If you think your pet may be overheating, it’s important to act straight away, as heatstroke can quickly become very serious. The first priority should be to cool your pet down before heading to the vet – we call this approach *cool first, transport second.* It's also essential to contact the vets for advice as soon as possible.

All of us at Vet’s Klinic would like to say a huge congratulations to Fraser (and his lovely owner) for doing so well at Crufts 👏🐾

Last year Fraser had been struggling with an intermittent limp. Vet's Klinic treated Fraser with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, an advanced regenerative treatment that uses the body’s own healing components to help repair damaged tissue.

You can read more about Fraser’s treatment and recovery here:

Nothing makes us happier than helping pets live their very best lives. 💙🐶🐾
