🐾❤️ LoveMyGroomer – Important Updates for 2027 ❤️🐾
As we look ahead to 2027, we want to share a few small changes to our pricing and booking terms, along with a reminder of the fantastic benefits included in our Lifestyle Doggy Grooming™ service.

At LoveMyGroomer, we’re committed to delivering exceptional grooming, a happy experience for your doggies and the flexibility and convenience that makes our service different.
💷 2027 – A Small Price Adjustment
For all appointments booked for 2027, our prices will increase slightly:
🐾 Services currently priced £20–£65 will increase by just £1.
🐾 Services currently priced £66 and above will increase by £2.
We’ve worked hard to keep these increases as small as possible while continuing to invest in our team, facilities and the quality of care we provide.
❤️ Deposits – Our Approach
We’ve given a lot of thought to introducing booking deposits.
However, we believe our loyal, existing clients deserve the trust and convenience they’ve always enjoyed.
That’s why existing clients will NOT be required to pay deposits! ❤️
📅 2027 – Our Lifestyle Doggy Grooming™ Booking Policy
Flexibility has always been at the heart of LoveMyGroomer.
We understand that life happens, plans change and sometimes appointments need to move!
That’s why our Lifestyle Doggy Grooming™ clients can continue to reschedule or postpone appointments FREE OF CHARGE, provided we receive at least 48 hours’ notice.
No penalties. No unnecessary charges. Just the convenience you’ve come to love! ❤️
What happens with less than 48 hours’ notice?
Late cancellations, postponements or missed appointments can leave gaps that we’re unable to fill, resulting in lost income for our small family business.
Under our updated 2027 terms, these will be considered a breach of our booking policy and may result in future booking arrangements being reviewed or cancelled and any special prices being removed.
However, we’d much rather find a fair solution!
We’ll offer clients the option to pay a £15 (Grooms to £65) or £25 (Grooms to £66) service charge per booked dog to help offset the lost appointment.
❤️ And here’s our promise: If we’re able to fill your cancelled or postponed appointment, we’ll refund that £15 service charge.
We also understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen. Please speak to us if something unavoidable arises, and we’ll always consider individual circumstances with understanding and fairness.
💕 More Than Just a Groom – The Lifestyle Difference!
Our aim has never been to introduce unnecessary charges or make booking more complicated.
We also want to remind you of the additional flexibility and value included with our Lifestyle Doggy Grooms™:
🐾 Free of charge changes to grooming schedule
🐾 Flexible early drop-off and late collection to fit around your day, available between 7:00am and 4:30pm.
🐾 Free coat care – no additional charge for de-matting, provided your dog’s recommended grooming cycle is maintained.
🐾 Included with Lifestyle Doggy Grooms™ – free nail trimming, paw pad trimming and ear cleaning.
🐾 Easy to use LMG App for notifications and your communications
And, of course, your doggies continue to enjoy our unique Doggy Social Salon environment, where professional grooming, comfort, care and happy social experiences come together. ❤️
