Sometimes a review stops us in our tracks.

This beautiful message from Ottie’s family describes exactly what we want LoveMyGroomer to feel like. 🥰🐾

Ottie’s mum, who had invested in Ottie’s development with Early Neurological Stimulation, admitted she was anxious about leaving her little girl for her very first groom…

But then she said something that means absolutely everything to us:

“The second we walked through the door you both completely put me at ease.”

That is what we work so hard to create.

Not simply a beautiful groom.

But a place where dogs are cared for as individuals, where owners feel comfortable leaving someone they love with us, and where a puppy’s very first grooming experience becomes the beginning of something fun and positive. ❤️

The ENS was a great foundation for Ottie who was an absolute little superstar. 🌟

We gave a little keepsake and love that Ottie’s told us they’ll keep it forever.

That might just have made our hearts melt. 🥹

Tuesday we’re back at LoveMyGroomer after our lovely, relaxing holiday ❤️

“That’s not my dog!” 😲🐾

That was Craig’s first reaction when he came to collect 10-year-old Charlie after his very first professional groom.

Charlie had never experienced a grooming salon before, so everything was new to him.

We took things slowly, gave him plenty of reassurance and let him settle at his own pace.

Like many dogs, Charlie was happy to relax in the bath for his before photos without any restraint. But once we start his groom in the bath and on the table we followed recognised professional grooming guidance by using an appropriate safety restraint or as we like to call them “fall prevention” while he remained under our constant supervision.

Why?

Because even the calmest dog can unexpectedly move or lose balance.

Safety is never something we compromise.

Charlie was an absolute superstar, and seeing Craig’s smile made our day. ❤️
