Two Ragdolls or One?
Myth or Truth? ✨
The truth is… there really can be many beautiful advantages to welcoming two bonded Ragdolls into the same home 🐾
Kittens who already know each other often settle faster, feel less alone, and bring each other comfort during the big change of leaving their breeder and joining a new family. They already understand each other’s boundaries, play styles, and routines, which can make the transition feel more natural and reassuring.
They cuddle together, play together, sleep together… and when you are busy or at work, they still have companionship and emotional comfort from a familiar friend 💕
Of course, adding a second kitten also means double the responsibility.
Two kittens are not “just cute together” — they are two real lives who both need love, attention, time, care, grooming, veterinary support, and commitment for many years to come.
Getting another Ragdoll later can absolutely work too, but introducing kittens together from the same cattery often allows some of those early bonding stages to happen more naturally and with less stress.
And if you truly love the temperament, personality, and lines from your first breeder, there is nothing wrong with returning to the same trusted cattery again. Not all Ragdolls are the same, not all lines develop the same personalities, and trust between breeder and family matters too ✨
With years of experience, we are always happy to support families choosing either one kitten or a bonded pair, because for us their happiness, wellbeing, and future truly matter. We simply care deeply about our fluffy family members 💕
At the end of the day, whether you choose one or two, the most important thing is giving them a safe, loving forever home filled with patience, understanding, and companionship
