This is one of the hardest posts I have ever had to write.💔

For the time being, I have made the difficult decision to step back from breeding and neuter all of my breeding cats Of Fabi Design GB

This was not an overnight decision. It has come after a lot of thinking and going back and forth. Sometimes, no matter how much we love something, we have no choice but to prioritise our health.

We have truly enjoyed our breeding journey — the tiny little fluff-ball kittens, watching them develop into beautiful young cats, the shows, the proud moments, and the wonderful friendships we have made along the way. We had plans and hopes for the future, with a genuine wish to promote ethical, responsible breeding and contribute positively to the Ragdoll breed.

Breeding also carries a huge responsibility. There can be difficult moments, worries and heartbreak, and after a lot of thought, I feel it is the right time for us to pause and focus on enjoying our cats simply as the loved family members they are.

I would also like to say a special thank you to the breeders who have supported and believed in our cattery, cherished our cats, and been there for us through difficult times. Your support and friendship mean more than I can say — especially Margaret Tomanek Kavita Vincent and my husband Tomas Slizys, who has been there from the very beginning and remains supportive to this day.

As part of this decision, some of our cats will stay with us forever, while others may, in time, be considered for carefully chosen homes. Any future homes — whether for an adult cat or one of our final few kittens — will be arranged privately, with their welfare always coming first. Priority will be given to people who already own and love a kitten or cat from our cattery.

Ragdolls will always have a very special place in my heart, but for now this is the right decision for us and for our cats.

Thank you to everyone who has supported our journey, visited us at shows, welcomed one of our kittens, and become friends along the way

Muffin of Fabi Design 🇬🇧🍀💚

Born as a singleton, Muffin has been incredibly lucky to grow up with two mums and his siblings. From the very beginning, he has been full of confidence and curiosity, and that confidence soon rubbed off on the other kittens.

He has a fantastic sense of humour and keeps us smiling every day with his funny little character. He absolutely loves chasing feather toys, enjoys a good meal, and is always ready for a long, cosy snooze. Like many Ragdolls, he even enjoys a game of fetch—one of those wonderful dog-like traits that make this breed so special.

Every kitten has their own unique personality, and Muffin has brought so much joy and laughter into our home. We hope that, when the time is right, he’ll find a family who will love and cherish him just as much as we do.

Meet Jupiter 💚🦋💚

Jupiter is a beautiful Ragdoll boy with the sweetest, calmest nature. Out of all his siblings, he’s the one most likely to be found enjoying a cosy snooze before waking up ready for his next meal or a game of fetch!

Yes… fetch! 💚😆Ragdolls are well known for their dog-like personalities, and Jupiter is no exception. He loves interactive play, happily chasing and bringing toys back, before curling up beside you for a well-earned nap.

He has a wonderfully gentle temperament, enjoys human company, and takes life at his own relaxed pace. Watching him grow has been an absolute pleasure, and I can’t wait to see the happiness he’ll bring to the right family💚💚💚

Some kittens have a way of making you stop for a moment💕💕💕

Mars is growing into such a gentle, affectionate and curious little Ragdoll. Every week his personality shines a little more—always wanting to be close, always interested in what’s happening around him, and never saying no to a play or some Gentle Love ❤️

With those beautiful blue eyes and his calm, loving nature, he’s already bringing so much joy to everyone he meets. Watching him grow has been a real pleasure, and I can’t wait to see the handsome gentleman he becomes.

Sometimes the smallest paws 🐾 leave the biggest footprints 👣 on our hearts 💕

I’d love to hear your thoughts…

When evaluating a kitten, do you mainly compare it with its parents, do you study the pedigree, or do you sometimes trust your instinct—that feeling that a particular kitten is simply meant to be part of your cattery?

Looking at this young boy alongside both of his parents reminds me how fascinating genetics can be.

At first glance, it’s easy to compare a kitten with Mum and Dad. However, from my own experience, it really depends on the breeding lines. I’ve had kittens that inherited more from one parent, while others matured into almost the image of a grandparent or even earlier generations.

This little boy already reminds me of both of his parents. I can see his father’s developing head structure and his mother’s sweet expression, but I know that as he matures, many of his features may continue to change. That’s one of the joys of watching a kitten grow—you never know which ancestors will become more evident with time.

What makes me happiest is watching his temperament develop. One thing he clearly shares with both of his parents is their incredibly affectionate nature. He loves attention and enjoys being close to people. I also see his dad’s playful, funny personality beginning to shine through, while his mum’s graceful and gentle character is equally present.

When I chose both of his parents, I studied their pedigrees carefully and made those decisions with my head—but I also listened to my heart. Sometimes there is simply a cat that feels meant to be part of your cattery.

For me, breeding has never been just about appearance. Watching both type and temperament develop is what makes the journey so rewarding💕💕💕

A tiny Ragdoll, fast asleep, completely relaxed and feeling safe enough to dream in my arms.

Cats don’t choose to be this vulnerable unless they feel secure. Every gentle grooming session, every kind touch, and every positive experience helps build that trust for life.

Sometimes the most precious moments require no words at all.

After an incredible show and breeding career, we are delighted to announce the final litter from our beloved champions:

🏆 Supreme Champion Mu Butterfly 🦋 Fabiola, DSM
🏆 International Champion My Butterfly 🦋 LR Jeremy, JW

This will be the last litter for both Fabiola and Jeremy before they enjoy their well-deserved retirement. ❤️

These special kittens combine outstanding bloodlines, beautiful type, wonderful temperaments, and generations of careful, responsible breeding.

💙 Two boys available:
• Seal Bicolour Boy
• Blue Bicolour Boy

Fabiola has always been an exceptional mum, not only lovingly raising her own kittens but also helping and supporting first-time mothers whenever needed. Her gentle nature and dedication have made her truly one of a kind.

We love both Fabiola and Jeremy to the moon and back, and we could never have dreamed of sharing our lives with such extraordinary cats. They are not only highly titled,but also cherished members of our family.

While Fabiola will remain with us, enjoying her retirement at home, Jeremy would need very special loving home, where he will be spoiled, adored, and enjoy life to the fullest as the king he deserves to be. ❤️

Thank you, Fabiola and Jeremy, for everything you have given us over the years. We couldn’t be prouder of you both. 🦋
