I know I keep saying this… 🫣😂
But once again, please bear with me whilst I work my way through getting everyone booked back in!
I can honestly say we’ve had the worst 6 weeks of school holidays we’ve ever had 😂
There has been SO much going on behind the scenes, and I promise I haven’t forgotten about anyone!
Our other groomer leaving right at the start of the school holidays couldn’t have come at a worse time 😬 I simply couldn’t physically pick up any extra hours myself.
Then came a hospital stay, where I ended up discharging myself after it turned out they had “forgotten” to book me in for the tests I needed 🙄 I was expected to remain in hospital as a non-urgent case, with no idea how long I could have been waiting for the endoscopy. With my symptoms improving on IV medication, I made the decision that I needed to get home, get back to work, spend our last days with Cracker and be there to support the kids through what was an incredibly difficult time. ❤️
Then we had a rather dampened holiday, which, with two neurodivergent kiddos, is actually quite difficult anyway! Changes to routine and environment can be a LOT, so relaxing and enjoying the holidays isn’t always as straightforward as it sounds. 😅
Then came preparing for back to school… which they both massively struggle with!
And of course, on the first day back for my eldest, we ended up at urgent care last night, followed by a day off school and more medical appointments today. 🤦♀️
Today was supposed to be my admin day, so I am determined to get through as much as I possibly can. I promise I WILL get there… one day! 🤞😂
We also have LOTS of medical appointments throughout September and October, so I’ve had to shuffle people around a little and work things out as I go.
As always, I am SO incredibly grateful for how amazing, patient and understanding you all are. ❤️
I’m juggling a LOT at the moment, and I genuinely appreciate having such fantastic clients more than you know.
Thank you all so, so much for your continued patience and support. ❤️❤️❤️
