Don’t want to put anyone off their dinner.
It’s about the dogs, not all kennels and work, the lucky ones away in Anglesey on a caravan break, trying to avoid the heat of the day !

Same with Ruby,let her mature and become a little naughty to increase her confidence.
Devolving a good hunt drive and happy to go out which for my picking up is what I want.
First time retrieve over the ditch, got to improve marking but happy with stop and redirect to success,good foundations to build on, still only 9 months 👌

Not done much with the pups,only 9 months old,trying to let them be pups and the heat hasn’t helped.
However over the moon with Sybil,desire to hunt, stubborn persistence and retrieve drive,all of those overshadow her destructive nature(who needs a roof lining in their truck 🤦🏻‍♂️)
Going to enjoy her development 👌

Sad day yesterday,
Rosie finally gave up her fight one month away from her 15th Birthday.
They are all special but Rosie especially so.
She owed me nothing,I owed her everything.
We had some great shooting days and holidays.
Heartbroken doesn’t even touch it.
Rest easy ❤️

Just started Sybil on the stop whistle,
There’s no right and wrong way, as soon as she acknowledges the whistle she’s rewarded, the delay for reward is extended until I give the next command !
