Ok back to it, those of us old enough to remember the last full eclipse may recall strange behaviour from pets and wildlife, the moon is involved and although it may be exciting for us, your pet may be confused. Possibly scared, keep them safe indoors or on a lead. Those without glasses to watch the eclipse. Use the selfie option on your phone or tablet. Obviously stand with your back to the sun 🤣 have fun stay safe,

Keeping an eye on the temperatures this week.
Cancellations may be necessary to prevent heat related issues and discomfort.
An option is clip first. Bath towel dry and hand back. It's not as polished a finish. But an option if your pet is in a thick coat to help maintain scheduling.
I am grooming with the doors open, fans on and water provided for the woofers.

A grooming environment is always hotter than standard temps, due to humidity from the dryers, I will be working extra hours next week to make up for cancelled appointments. sorry for the inconvenience,

Ok folks. Definitely not taking any new clients. Unfortunately that includes extra dogs from current clients and dogs I haven't seen for 6 months, I'm full to capacity and working extra long hours and weekends to keep up.
Guys im old 🤣🤣🤣 this decrepit old lady and her old banger are doing our best, but we are feeling our age.
Bertha is going to be off the road from the 10th July (MOT) for 1 week. We are replacing the flooring and doing a few jobs we have been meaning to get to. it's the only chance before the run up to Xmas, this may lead to delays in normal groom schedules, I apologise in advance. Consider going shorter on grooms leading upto that time to keep your pet cool and comfortable.
