Policy update February 2023

Please read our terms and conditions

I am appointment base salon that gives my customers exclusively salon one to one.

Please be punctual on appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late this will be classed as a no-show and will be charged the full groom.

Please toilet your dogs before your appointment (not outside the premises as this is also our family home) this may incur a soiling charge.

No shows or late cancellation ( less than 48 hours’ notice) Will be charged the full grooming price, in line with other groomers.
This will need to be paid before any future appointments can be made.
This is in place to protect my small business and my family, With growing running costs.

Matted and neglected coats will be charged extra as it takes time to clip down a coat. Also the price of blades have gone up considerably.

Prices will be increased from 1st March as running costs of the salon have risen considerably . I will always be competitive and continue to provide the best standard of care and grooming.
