St James Vets - Farm Animal Team Permanently Closed

22/02/2023

Hello Everyone!

As many of you will be aware by now, as of the 3rd of March 2023, St James is closing the doors on our Farm and Equine Department.

We would like to thank all our clients for their loyalty through the years. It is an end of an era. We've been there during good times and not so good times and made a lot of friends along the way.

As we're approaching our last week, we just wanted to voice our gratitude to you all. It may be a goodbye for now, but we hope to see you all again in the future in some way. All your kind words we've received the last few weeks have been truly humbling.

If any of you need us to forward any clinical histories onto your new vets please let Helen know so we can ensure a smooth transition for you and your animals.

Thank you from all of us,

Alex, Tamara, Imogen, Molly, Will, Faye, Ifan
Helen, Jess and Janice

โš ๐Ÿ”โš  AVIAN INFLUENZA UPDATE!

Please be aware that as of the 2nd of December 2022 all birds must be housed to combat Avian Influenza (AI). See the attached link below for more information.

Any questions about AI please don't hesitate to give us a ring and discuss further.

New biosecurity and housing requirements will be implemented for poultry and captive birds in Wales as surveillance of avian influenza suggests a heightened risk of disease for Wales over the winter months.
