Everyone meet Riley ❤️

Riley’s mum brought her in this morning feeling a little worried, so Riley stayed with us for the day for some further examinations, treatment and plenty of TLC 🐾

It’s safe to say she completely stole our hearts with her sweet and gentle nature ❤️ Before long, her bed had been relocated to the treatment room, the perfect spot for cuddles from every member of the team passing by 😂

Of course, no stay would be complete without a little bandage upgrade and an important discussion over which bow suited her best 🎀 (we may have used almost every bow we own… purely for medical reasons, obviously 😂)

Riley spent the day soaking up the attention and was so happy to see her mum again later on. She headed home with a bright, bouncy waggy tail ❤️

We are all crossing fingers she makes a full recovery very soon 🤍

From juggling phones and appointments to greeting every client (and pet!) with a smile, our reception team truly keeps everything running smoothly. Their organisation, kindness, and multitasking skills are nothing short of amazing (and there’s always a gravy bone ready at the desk) ❤️🐾

Sweet Juno checking out our Jacks Membership Plans — as the curious pointer she is 🥰🐾

Juno has been spending a bit of time with us over the last few days, but she headed home today feeling much brighter (which we absolutely love to see!). Hopefully she won’t have to see too much of us again… aside from her planned monitoring and check-ups 🤭✨

While she’s been with us, she’s been the most patient, gentle and kind girl — making it impossible not to sneak in a cuddle at every opportunity, offer just a little extra food, and fall completely in love with her 🐶💛

And honestly… who could resist that nose? 🥹

Diego, Dexter, Sabrina, and little Potato showed us exactly how it’s done — lounging like royalty, relaxing in their cat hides, stretching out on comfy chairs, and keeping an eye on the outside world from the window 🪟✨

We suspect they appreciate how much we try to make their visit as cat friendly as possible 🤭

🐾 What do we give Maisie, our last pawtient of the day?

❤️ A stylish, fashionable bandage, of course because we take our TLC very seriously, right up until the very last furry friend walks through our doors.

🐾 Twm has recently been in to see us for a scale and polish along with some dental extractions. His family trusted us with his care, and we were so pleased to help get him feeling more comfortable again.

💛 Not long after his visit, we received a lovely message from his family. Reviews like this truly mean the world to us, and we were so grateful that they kindly allowed us to share it.

🐾 Vomiting and diarrhoea aren’t always just a simple tummy upset.

They’re very common signs we see in practice, but they can actually be linked to lots of different conditions like the ones mentioned on the video but also to things like kidney disease, food intolerances, hyperthyroidism or pyometra!

Because these symptoms can have many possible causes, we may sometimes recommend a few extra tests when your pet visits us. This helps us figure out what’s going on and make sure they get the right treatment as quickly as possible!
