Morning all ❤️

Looking for feedback if possible.

Existing customers know the set up/how I run things/how and why I do what I do.

I started The Pup House to provide a personal home environment without dogs needing to meet home boarding criteria and also due to my level of experience with dogs that standard boarders often refuse.

But I frequently get messages/enquries/boarding requests from people looking for boarding for dogs who can't be with other dogs and also have behavioral challanges which is exactly the type of clientele I have, who then don't reply once they find out the set up. (Obviously assuming dogs are permanently in their boarding rooms and don't see the light of day)

Despite having a "please read before enquiring pinned important information post" and multiple photos of boarding dogs when they're in their rooms I still spend alot of time going through repeat conversation and asking people to read the pinned post, who then don't return the courtesy of a reply.

Do any of you have any suggestions as to how I can make the set up more clear on the page to save repeated conversations daily and avoid people looking for boarding where the dogs stay in my living room with me for example rather than 10 feet from my kitchen.

I've always felt that if I labelled the business as a kennel then a concrete floor with metal bars would be the assumption, but if you think this is a clearer representation then I'm happy to do that and avoid constant explanations.
