We’re not just there to walk the dogs or feed the cat — we become a trusted extension of your pet’s world. Someone familiar, kind, and calm — who keeps their routine steady and their tail wagging (or whiskers twitching!) until you return. We’re Luke & Kay — a husband-and-wife team based in a peaceful Norfolk village near Swaffham. As a family-run service, we take the time to connect with every animal in our care and build the kind of bond that makes them feel safe and settled. Every visit is adapted to your pet’s needs — whether that’s, meals, play, cuddles, walks, medication, clean or simply to give them company in the home. We’re there to gently maintain their routine, offer reassurance when they’re unsure, and bring a calming presence — not just for your pet, but for you too. We know how much you miss them, we’ll send updates and photos to help you feel connected while you’re away. And because we’re caring for them in your home, we also treat your space with the same respect and attention you would. We’ll bring in post, water the plants, open or close curtains, switch lights on or off, take bins out — all those little touches that keep everything ticking along and give your home that ‘lived-in’ feeling while you’re away. We’re here when you can’t be — offering calm, compassionate care you can trust.
