Hi Folks - Polite Reminder
A busy month ahead. At the moment, we often have 3 or 4 customers arriving at the same time. We kindly ask you to ring the bell at the summerhouse and wait for one of us to come to you. If we are all busy with a customer we will be with you as soon as we are able and ask if you could wait at the summerhouse for myself, Kevin or Alex to come to you as we can only see one customer at a time. We ask politely that you do not wander off or enter the cattery without a member of staff. This is to avoid cats escaping as you do not know if we have a pen door open. We have secured 3 of our doors now with combination locks for this reason to prevent entry. We have one STAFF ONLY entrance on a bolt and ask politely for you not to enter through this door to keep all cats safe and secure. Thank you for your understanding. Belinda & Kevin

Dear customers, as many of you know we usually review our prices and apply any changes from 1st February in each year. With rising costs for keeping the cattery heated in winter months, our new prices each year will now take effect from 1st November in each year. As a result, we will apply a change from 1/11/26 and each subsequent year 1/11/27 onwards. There will be no change in February 2027. This is also due to rising insurance costs, cat food, cat litter and increased licence/inspection fees. We still feel compared to many establishments we are fair and try to keep costs as low as possible. Details of the change is on our website. Thank you all for your loyalty during this year.
