For the wellbeing of all dogs in our care, we kindly ask clients to inform us prior to their appointment if their dog has experienced any sickness, diarrhoea, coughing, vomiting, unexplained lethargy, or any potentially contagious illness within the previous 24–48 hours.

This helps us maintain a safe, calm and hygienic environment and prevents the risk of cross-contamination between visiting dogs.

If your dog has been unwell, please contact us before attending so we can advise on the most suitable time to reschedule your appointment.
