🐾🩵 Dart’s Emergency Story 🩵🐾

This gorgeous little puppy, Dart, recently visited the practice as an emergency 🆘 after accidentally swallowing a stick while chewing on it.

His owners acted quickly and rushed him down to see our team. After performing a thorough examination, our vet recommended X-rays of Dart’s abdomen to see if we could identify the stick and assess whether it was causing any problems.

🩻 The X-rays showed dilation of the intestines, which can be an indication of a foreign object causing a blockage. With this in mind, the next step was surgery.

During surgery, our vet carefully assessed Dart’s abdomen and, thankfully, the stick was found! 🪵

And honestly… you would NOT believe how big this stick was compared to little Dart! 😳🐶

Dart was closely monitored by our team throughout his recovery, with his family keeping a close eye on him too. He has done amazingly well and can now start getting back to his happy, playful puppy self! 🥰🐾

A huge well done to Dart’s family for acting so quickly, in an emergency, getting your pet checked as soon as possible can make all the difference. 🩵

Simon’s Recheck 🩵

Sweet Simon came in to see our vet for his recheck appointment. 🩺

Unfortunately, Simon has been diagnosed with a mass within his bladder, so he is being closely monitored by our veterinary team.

We’re sending lots of love and gentle cuddles to Simon and his family 🩵

🐾 Bella’s Spay & Dental Procedure 🐾

Beautiful Bella came in to see our vet Erald for her spay procedure. While she was under anaesthetic, Bella also had a couple of her incisors removed. 🦷✨

We’re pleased to say that Bella has recovered well and is now continuing her recovery at home with her family. 🏡

We hope you continue to feel better, Bella! 💜🐾

Molly came in for her spay procedure and was SOO relaxed during her stay with us that she spent the whole day sleeping and purring away!🥺
Just look at her snoozing away after her procedure! ✨ We are so pleased to hear that Molly has recovered lovely at home and she can now slowly start getting back to her normal routine. 🐾💜
