🚨 Walkies warnings 🚨

Autumn is made for walking, but did you know that the change in the seasons can bring some hidden hazards for your dogs. That's why we have launched our new Walkies Warning Signs- to help dog owners navigate seasonal dangers and keep your dogs safe.

Here's what you should look out for in your area:
- Toxic mushrooms and fungi
- Acorns and conkers
- Rotting and mouldy fruit
- Slugs and snails
- Ticks

Our full guide can be found here 👉 https://bit.ly/4hlRok7

A vet trip is now seen as social event for Freddy! Bursting through the door with his positive vibes and tail wags Freddy not only expects his check up but also a catch up on love from us all ❤️ 🐕

We throughly enjoy seeing once nervous animals relax in our calm environment and really do recommend owners with nervous animals to join us.

We are a rural veterinary practice, with plenty of quiet areas to come and walk your dog before coming in for your consultation.

We also recommend staying with the same Vet to develop a friendship, which all benefits you and your dogs experience with us.

💙 Brave boy Rolo! 💙

Rolo came in to have surgery to correct entropion 👁️🐶

Entropion is when the eyelid rolls inward, causing the eyelashes and hairs to rub against the eye. This can be uncomfortable and, if left untreated, may cause irritation or damage to the surface of the eye.

Rolo was such a brave boy throughout his surgery and is now recovering really nicely!

💕 Meet Lola! 💕Brave little Lola is just 4 months old and recovering so well after her surgery a few days ago. 🥹🐾

PLEASE SHARE TO FIND NIGEL HIS HOME

Cuddles all round as this beautiful boy Nigel visited the practice today for full vaccinations and his castrate.

Not fazed by dogs and quite clearly an inquisitive character, nosy Nigel has certainly grabbed the attention of our staff today with his incredible beautiful markings.

Nigel has experience living with children and enjoys his freedom so would ideally need a home away from busy roads.

If your interested in nosy Nigel please contact our practice on 01827 470322

LAPAROSCOPIC SPAY
What is it & why choose it?

A laparoscopic spay is a neutering procedure for female dogs. The ovaries are removed through small keyhole incisions, rather than one larger incision.

✨ Smaller incisions
✨ Quicker recovery
✨ Smaller scars

🐶 The same important benefits of neutering, with a keyhole approach.
