Hi everyone this is my new cancellation policy.
Unfortunately when someone cancels so late or doesn’t show to their appointment I lose out.
I do know that life happens and sometimes things can’t be helped but I feel like I’m having a few people cancel last minute regularly. This leaves me with no time to fill the appointment which means I lose out and other customers who are wanting a cancellation can’t fill that appointment as it’s not enough notice which is unfair.
I hope everyone understands and if you have any questions please just message me.
