Every dog you see here started with me one-to-one (or within their own household first).
Taking the time to build that relationship, set clear expectations, and make sure each dog understands their commands.

From there, we move onto neutrality sessions, carefully pairing dogs at a similar stage in their training journey. Calm exposure, clear communication, and learning to exist around each other without pressure.

Only when they’re ready do we take the next step.

Structured social sessions; NOT a chaotic free-for-all, but controlled, thoughtful group work where dogs can safely be around each other, build confidence, and make good decisions around others.

Dogs that were once reactive now walking together, calmly and confidently, as a pack.

Most recently Kai & Arnie teamed up with Walter…
Three boys who not long ago, wouldn’t have been able to share space like this. Now, Walking, settling, and coexisting without the stress.

This isn’t simply dog walking, this is what happens when you slow it down, put the work in, and advocate for the dog in front of you.

Not every dog is ready for off-lead group walks. Freedom isn’t the problem, a lack of control is.

To join adventure walks like this, dogs need to show:

• Reliable recall
• Neutrality around other dogs on the walk
• Engagement with the handler
• The ability to switch off, not just go full speed
• Respect for people, dogs, and wildlife

Atlas & Storm earned this.

It hasn’t been perfect. There’s been hiccups along the way, boundaries tested, and times where we’ve had to step in and reinforce the rules. That’s just part of it.
But this is the outcome, and this is always the goal.

From not being able to be near each other, to hiking off lead side by side with structure, clarity, and trust in place.

This isn’t a free-for-all, it’s controlled freedom.

Every dog deserves off-lead time, but only when they can handle it 🖤🤍

Pet sitting at the clients home is something we offer to our regular walk & train dogs; so dogs like Ricci already know us and can keep their routine exactly as they like it.

For a German Shepherd, that consistency matters. Structured walks, play, and plenty of company all in the comfort of their own home. No new environments so no added stress. Just a dog that can settle, switch off, and feel secure.

A world away from kennels or boarding, where some dogs can struggle with pacing, whining, or feeling anxious.

I forgot to post this video from summer when Atlas and I met up with baby Mabel and her owners to start her off on the right path around new dogs; showing her how to peel away from dogs and look back to her owners for a reward instead of fixating, getting nervous or expecting to meet every dog she comes across.

She’s grown a lot since then and has a tonne of that happy lab energy!

A little loose lead work with three very excitable Labradors

I’ve been working with Max & Millie for a little while now, and the change from being pulled along to having them walk calmly by my side has been huge, especially Max who was a very busy boy.
Each dog has their own designated side to keep things clear, consistent, and easy for them to understand.

Mabel, the newest addition, started with a few solo walks to build those foundations before joining her siblings. Here, I’m just keeping it simple with some back-and-forward work to show each dog where they should be amongst each other before they head out together with their owners.

The goal is calm, structured walking, because left to their own devices, these three would much rather hype each other up and dive straight into chaos 🤪

Mabel’s still in that big puppy phase and loves to smother the others, Max isn’t always impressed, and Millie can be a bit of a stirrer when things start to settle… so giving them clear guidance makes all the difference

It's not just about the big dogs, we love the little ones too. Rocket Pom here has had a special place in our hearts since she was a young pup, she's got loads of sass and loves nothing more than being the star of the show and getting tonnes of affection.

Nothing makes me happier than seeing dogs be dogs; free, joyful, and still choosing to listen and engage when it counts....
