💙 CLIENT UPDATE 💙

Firstly, I’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone for your patience and understanding over the last couple of weeks.

Unfortunately, one of my main pieces of grooming equipment unexpectedly failed. As it’s an essential part of every groom, I wasn’t able to safely continue appointments while waiting for a replacement. Sadly, the replacement was out of stock, which meant I had no choice but to pause appointments until a new one became available.

The good news is that my replacement equipment is due to arrive on Monday, so appointments will resume from the week commencing 6th July. 🐾

If your June appointment was affected by this, you’ll be my top priority. Please send me a message and I’ll get you booked back in as soon as possible.

I’ll also be catching up on all messages over the weekend, so if you’ve been waiting to hear back from me, I haven’t forgotten about you. 💕

Thank you all again for your continued support, patience and understanding. I can’t wait to welcome all your lovely dogs back into the salon next week! 🐶

⚠️ IMPORTANT CLIENT NOTICE ⚠️

Unfortunately, due to an unexpected equipment failure, all appointments scheduled for the remainder of this week will need to be rescheduled to next week while I await the arrival of a replacement blaster.

As many of you know, I do not offer a “cut only” service. Every dog is bathed and professionally blow-dried prior to grooming to ensure the highest quality finish and to protect both the coat and my grooming equipment.

I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.

All affected clients will be contacted directly to arrange a new appointment.
