Tack Marking Event🐴 ¦ Minchinhampton

Stroud Neighbourhood Policing Team are hosting a Tack Marking Event for the equine community.

With the winter months on the horizon, and evenings becoming darker much quicker, theft of equine property and other farm items becomes more appealing for those with the intention of stealing.

Protect your Tack by getting it stamped and/or forensically marked so that it deters theft and can be returned to you if stolen.

We have teamed up with local equine assets within our community who have offered their assistance to host this event at their store.

Another event is being planned for the north of Stroud District as well. More details to come once confirmed.

Event details:
📍 Stroud Farm Services Ldt (Cirencester Road, Stroud, GL6 8PE)
📅 Tuesday 17th November 2026
⏰ 3:30pm - 5pm
🏇 Bring: saddles and bridles. Have your tack details such as size and brand ready.

Give this post a ♥️ if you plan on coming along! We look forward to meeting you 😀 Share with your local equine pages.

**In the police, our events do not always go to plan due to operational duties and emergencies. We always do our best to stick to the plans made. If there are any changes, please keep an eye on this post for updates**
