It breaks my heart to post this but after 8 clients missed their appointments last week alone I feel that I have to do something.

Going forward I will message everyone at the weekend with their appointment for the coming week. Please let me know asap if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

🌟 I now require 48 hour notice of cancellation of your appointment.

🌟 If less than 48 hours notice is given and I cannot fill the appointment I will request 25% of the groom fee prior to the next booking.

🌟 If less than 24 hours notice is given and I cannot fill the appointment I will require 50% of your groom to be paid prior to booking the next appointment.

🌟 If there is a NO SHOW appointment 100% payment of missed groom appointment will be requested prior to booking the next appointment.

🌟 If there are recurring NO SHOW appointments I may no longer be able to offer any future bookings.

I realise things happen and each case will be taken on its own merit but I cannot afford to lose over £300 a week in income 😢😢😢
