🐺 Struggling with a reactivity?

At Wolf K9, we specialise in working with Shepherd breeds experiencing behavioural and reactivity challenges. Whether it’s barking, lunging, anxiety, or difficulty focusing around distractions, we’re here to help.

Our training is built around positive reinforcement, developing stronger engagement, better decision-making, and a more confident, balanced dog. We believe in creating lasting results through trust, communication, and understanding, not force.

Every dog has the potential to succeed with the right guidance and support.

For more information, visit www.wolfk9.co.uk or send us a direct message to discuss how we can help you and your dog. 🐕‍🦺

We also cover lead pulling and obedience.

🐾 ENGAGEMENT IS KEY! 🐾

Here, Team Remi demonstrates the importance of building strong engagement between dog and handler!

Engagement is the foundation of successful dog training. When your dog chooses to focus on you, even with distractions around, you’re building trust, communication and a stronger bond.

Connection before correction. Engagement before expectation!

What a team. 🐾

Three incredible days learning from Simon Prins ACT! surrounded by people who share the same passion for detection, training and developing better working dogs.

A huge amount of knowledge, discussion, practical learning and plenty to take away and put into our own training.

Massive thank you to Simon and everyone who made the three-day workshop such a brilliant experience.

An opportunity I won’t forget.

Final day of the Simon Prins ACT! Detection Workshop 🐕‍🦺🔥

Three days packed with learning, questioning, analysing and completely rethinking parts of detection training.

Today brought everything together from training methodology and handler awareness to the importance of data, observation and making decisions based on what the dog is actually showing us.

An incredible opportunity to learn directly from Simon Prins and take away ideas that I can now start applying within my own detection work.

You never stop learning in dog training and workshops like this remind you just how much depth there is to the craft.

Huge thank you to Simon for sharing his knowledge, experience and insight over the last three days.

Now the real work starts… putting it into practice. 🐾
