Chilling out!

It is really important to sometimes let your dogs do nothing. Allow them to switch off, so they can rest their body and brain!

With the amber weather warning in place, I thought I would do a quick post:

🐶 Make sure your dog stays hydrated
🐶 Go on shaded walks or near water
🐶 Avoid the midday heat
🐶 Avoid pavements! Too hot for your hand, too hot for your dog!
🐶 Give your dog a nice frozen treat, frozen carrots are good!

Remember 20 minutes of mental stimulation - training, sniffing, enrichment games is equivalent to an hours worth of physical exercise

We will continue to monitor the weather and reschedule appointments if we need to!

Stay safe!

Havign a dog is more than just being an owner.

It is being a paw-rent, it is having a bond and connection with the furry member of your family.

When you have a dog you are invested, not just financially, but mentally, emotionally and physically.

Being blessed with dogs is a miracle in itself!

At times it can be hard, frustrating and challenging and I know how hard it can be, however I know there is always light at the end of the tunnel and you can turn things around

If you need some help with your dog to get the connection back, send me a message
