🐾 JET’S FIRST PUPPY PAMPER πŸ–€ 🐾
Just look at this wee baby 😭πŸ₯Ή Jet the Cockapoo came in for his very first puppy pamper and he absolutely loved every minute of it!
Puppy pampers are all about making those first salon visits fun and positive and getting them used to the bath, clippers, different sounds, the dryers, being handled and everything else that comes with grooming. Jet took it all in his stride like an absolute superstar. πŸ₯°
Although we’re not sure what he enjoyed most… the pamper, the constant cuddles, chasing the floor brush around the salon or getting his paws on a kitchen roll and absolutely destroying it πŸ˜‚πŸ§»πŸ’¨
Safe to say, Jet had a brilliant first day at Lola’s… and so did we! πŸ–€πŸΎ
What a gorgeous, cheeky wee character he is. See you next time Jet! πŸ₯ΉπŸ–€

If you recommend a friend who has never been to Lola’s before, and they book and attend a groom with us during September, we’ll treat both of your dogs to a FREE spa upgrade ✨🐢

All they need to do when booking is tell us who recommended them.

After 6 no shows in one day between the two of us, we’ve had enough.

From now on, all missed appointments/no shows will be charged at 𝟏𝟎𝟎% 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐑𝐞 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐒𝐧𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐞𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐒𝐜𝐞 before another booking can be made. This was previously 50%, but it hasn’t been enough of a deterrent.

Each appointment slot is usually 𝟏 π‡πŽπ”π‘ πŸ‘πŸŽ πŒπˆππ’ π“πŽ 𝟐 π‡πŽπ”π‘π’ so when someone doesn’t turn up or let us know, that’s a large chunk of our working day that we simply can’t fill at the last minute.

We have bills to pay, a business to run, and mortgages to cover and those costs don’t stop when appointments are missed.

We’ve tried taking deposits, but when people don’t come in to pay them and we cancel, it often causes frustration.

Most of our clients are amazing ❀️ but we can’t keep absorbing the cost of no shows.

So from now on: 𝐍𝐎 π’π‡πŽπ– = 𝟏𝟎𝟎% 𝐅𝐄𝐄
