Graham is a handsome lurcher who came to us from the pound. He is chipped, neutered and up to date on vaccines.

Graham is such a sweet boy. He absolutely loves human attention and is very happy to have a cuddle and lots of fuss. Graham loves to zoom around the paddocks and laze in the sun.

Graham has lived a hard life. He has a lot of scars but is still such a gentle boy. Graham walks well on a harness and is muzzled for his walks.

Graham isn't a fan of other dogs and can on occasion kick off at other dogs when out and about. He has a very strong prey drive so much be kept on the lead.

Graham is looking for a pet free home. He could live with children 14+ but must be walked by an adult. He would like a well fenced garden he can zoom around and play in.

Biff is a gorgeous boy from the pound who is staying with us whilst his rescue find him a home. He is chipped, neutered and vaccinated.

Biff is a handsome boy with an amazing personality. He is full of fun, loves to play and run around. Biff is a very bouncy boy who adores people but lacks manners.

Biff loves his walks and enjoys lots of time sniffing, he needs a strong owner as he is still learning to walk nicely. He can be very strong when meeting other dogs and although he isn't mean he lacks manners and is very bulshy.

Biff is such a sweet boy, with time and some extra training he will be a superb companion and your best friend!

He could live with children 16+ but would like a pet free home. A garden where he can run off lots of energy is a must!

Millie is staying with us on behalf of another rescue whilst she looks for her forever home. She is chipped, vaccinated and neutered.

Millie is a sweet girl with an amazing nature. She absolutely adores people and would happily spend all day having cuddles and lots of fuss! She enjoys playing with her toys and loves a walk.

Millie is finding kennel life very stressful and because of this she is struggling to gain weight, although she has gained some since being in our care.

Millie is looking for an active home with owners who want her to be at the centre of the family. She could live with children 14+. Millie struggles interacting with other dogs so would like a pet free home whilst she is learning how to be around other dogs.

What a lovely week of adoptions we have had up at our Pettistree kennels!!!
Cats: Cheeto, Rufus and Frazzle have all found amazing homes.
Kittens: Luna and Goose have also gone off to their loving homes.
And not forgetting handsome Rodney our wonderful cocker spaniel who has gone to live with his new canine sister ♥️

Enid and Dixie are two beautiful sisters who have sadly returned to rescue due to a change in circumstances. They are chipped and neutered. Dixie is Fiv positive so the girls are looking for an indoor only home.

Enid and Dixie are sweet girls who had really started to come out of themselves. Unfortunately they have gone backwards a bit and are shy meeting new people however we know once settled in a home they are very loving and playful.

Enid and Dixie could live with children 14+ who understand they need time to settle in. They would like a dog free home but could live with other indoor only cats.

It's been a busy week up at our Pettistree kennels. We have welcomed 3 new dogs this week! Please meet:
Defa, a handsome 10 month old crossbreed who just loves cuddles.
Graham a 3-4 year old Lurcher who is the sweetest boy.
And dear little Maddie our Chow Chow who is sporting an interesting haircut due to being horrendously matted.
All 3 dogs have come from various pounds across the UK, all 3 dogs were due to be put to sleep due to lack of space in stray kennels.

All 3 are currently undergoing assessment and veterinary treatment so please do not enquire about them just yet. But watch this space as these 3 marvellous dogs will soon be looking for homes!!!

THANK YOU WE ARE NOW ALL SORTED!
WOW, We have been blown away by the kindness of the community! Between some lovely members of the public donating and air lending us two we have enough to keep all our cats and dogs cool! Thank you so so much everyone!

We are in desperate needing of an air conditioner unit for our mother and baby unit! The warm weather has hit right in the middle of kitten season! Our mother and baby unit houses all our mums, kittens and pregnant cats and even with fans it is getting rather hot!
We are desperately seeking an air conditioner to keep it cool. If anyone has one they are getting rid of please consider donating it to us! We (and our animals) will be extremely grateful.
We thank everyone who supports our small but dedicated rescue!!!

Big beautiful Bronson has unfortunately been returned to his rescue and is back borrowing a kennel space. He is chipped, neutered and vaccinated.

Bronson is a handsome boy, at almost 60kg he is a big big boy. Bronson has a heart of gold and loves the people he knows. He is super playful and with no distractions walks beautifully. He loves nothing more than a cuddle and playtime.

In the house Bron is the perfect gentleman. He is housetrained and is happy to be left for a few hours. He doesn't steal and is a very good boy in the garden, showing no interest in fence jumping.

Unfortunately Bronson has spent his entire life in kennels. This has caused a few issues. In kennels Bron is the perfect gentleman. He ignores other dogs and will happily meet new people. However in a home he struggles with this. Whilst in kennels he walks beautifully, if he sees something he doesn't like in a home he will pull and lunge so needs a strong capable owner.

He bonds deeply with his people and being a loyal and protective breed he will stand guard even if he doesn't need to.

What sort of home does Bronson need?
Bron is looking for a pet free, child free house. He is looking for a single person or a couple who have experience with large powerful breeds. Ideally his home will be rural or semi rural with very few visitors, and a safe space to shut him away should visitors need to come over.

Envy is an amazing girl. She is super loving and full of life. She absolutely loves a cuddle, loves to play and loves nothing more than spending time with her people.

Envy enjoys her walks although she can be strong on the lead. She isn't a fan of other dogs and does not want doggy friends.

Envy is a super girl and would like a home with people who can channel her energy and give her lots and lots of love!
